Welcome to Grim’s TechBar and the Inner Circle membership program. By purchasing or participating in any Inner Circle membership tier (Inner Circle, Inner Circle Plus, or Inner Circle VIP), you agree to the following Terms of Use, which govern your access and use of the program’s tools, services, content, and community features.

1. Membership Eligibility & Access

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. Membership is non-transferable and access is granted solely to the enrolled member. Sharing your login credentials, content, or access to rooms or materials with non-members is strictly prohibited.

2. Membership Tiers & Benefits

Inner Circle membership offers three levels:

• Inner Circle: Includes 1 virtual room, access to the help desk, resource library, and weekly workshops.

• Inner Circle Plus: Includes 3 virtual rooms, booking system, and all core benefits.

• Inner Circle VIP: Includes 5 virtual rooms, booking system, DIY website setup with Grim’s support, and all core benefits.

Add-ons (maintenance plans, extra rooms, private community spaces) are available to active members only and are not guaranteed to be available at all times.

3. Founding Member Terms

Founding Member pricing is offered to the first 25 members. This discount is locked in for life so long as the membership remains active. If you cancel, your spot and discount are forfeited. Should spots remain open, you may reclaim the discount; otherwise, re-entry is subject to current pricing.

Founding Members also receive exclusive Wednesday workshop access, reserved in two 2-hour blocks weekly.

4. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Your access remains active through the end of your current billing period. No prorated or partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. DIY Website Terms (VIP Members Only)

VIP members are provided with a DIY website set up by Grim on her hosting platform. The design and customization are your responsibility. If you downgrade your membership or cancel, the site will be taken offline unless you make arrangements to transfer it to your own hosting (fees may apply). This service is not offered to non-VIP members.

6. Conduct & Community Guidelines

Members are expected to engage respectfully within the Inner Circle community and virtual rooms. Harassment, spamming, unauthorized promotions, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.

Business promotion is allowed only for pre-approved members in designated live or chat areas.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, templates, videos, and resources provided through the Inner Circle are for personal and client use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing without written permission is prohibited.

You retain ownership of any content you personally upload or share, but by participating in workshops or community areas, you grant Grim’s TechBar a non-exclusive license to display or use that content for internal community purposes.

8. Room Access & Privacy

• Personal virtual rooms are publicly accessible via direct link. You are responsible for managing who receives your room link.

• Member-only rooms such as the Inner Circle Lounge, VIP Lounge, and Resource Library are private and accessible only to active members.

9. Support Services

Support is available between 2:00 PM and 2:00 AM Central Time via the Help Desk. Messages submitted outside this window will be responded to as soon as possible during active hours. VIP members receive prioritized responses.

10. Changes to Membership or Terms

Grim’s TechBar reserves the right to modify membership structure, pricing, features, and these Terms of Use at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or community notice. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any updates.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Inner Circle is provided “as-is” without guarantees or warranties of any kind. Grim’s TechBar is not liable for any business loss, data loss, or personal damages resulting from use of the membership, tools, or virtual spaces.
